How to buy an ergonomic chair?

Depending on your personal taste, your body type and the specific requirements of your workstation, some chairs may be more suitable for you than others. If you are more interested in buying your chair online, then you must base your decision on a number of different criteria. What size seat is best for you? What type of armrest do you need? How high must your chair be able to reach? These are all key issues; so, we have provided you with the tools you need to make the right choice, simply click on the icon when you are configuring your chair.

Refund policy

You have now received your new chair, and are not completely satisfied? We recommend that you adjust your chair’s features and settings. The proper height and angle of the backrest, as well as the right depth and angle of the seat, can make all the difference.

If you are still not satisfied, you can return your chair under the following conditions:

  • Refund requested within 30 days following the delivery of your chair
  • The chair must be returned in excellent condition, in its original packaging
  • Restocking fees of 10-20%
  • The customer is responsible for returning the chair to our warehouse, or for paying any associated return shipping costs

Chair assembly

Your chair is delivered unassembled, assembling the components takes 15-20 minutes. You can receive your new chair already fully assembled, with an additional cost of $85.00.
